TheDirty.com posted some very embarrassing photos of the reality star with her pants down in the toilet and topless in the car, which made Gretchen take legal action against the site.

Gretchen has also obtained a restraining order against Jay Photoglou (the man with her in the photos), who claimed to have a relationship with her and who she says threatened her, her dogs and new boyfriend.

In The Real Housewives Gretchen Rossi’s relationship with the other Housewives continues to have its highs and lows. The minute the housewives got in the same room for Lynne’s jewelry show things got out of hand and even though the other women tried to make jokes to break tension, nothing was stopping the words between Tamra and Gretchen .Tamra brought up all the scandal from Gretchen’s past referencing scandalous nude pictures and accusing her of preying on old men.
The fight between Tamra and Gretchen continues in the next episode of The Real Housewives on Nov. 12.

Racy photos of Cleveland Indians center fielder Grady Sizemore were posted on several Internet websites today, but Sizemore complained the shots were "stolen" from his girlfriend's e-mail and said he was taking legal action.

Fabforum Sizemore said the nearly nude pictures were only meant for his girlfriend, Playboy playmate Brittany Binger.

"These pictures were stolen illegally from my girlfriend's e-mail," Sizemore told the Cleveland Plain Dealer this weekend.

"It's now a legal matter that is under investigation. I can't say anything more."

A major league baseball investigator contacted a number of the websites posting images this weekend and asked that they be taken down.

One of the sites still featured the shots Monday morning but also posted the note from the official.

The message said the pictures were stolen from a personal computer and directed the site to preserve any related records in anticipation of a criminal complaint.

Chelsea Chelsea Clinton has announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend Marc Mezvinsky -- via e-mail.

The text of the e-mail sent Friday, as reported by @jaketapper over at ABC News:

"We're sorry for the mass e-mail but we wanted to wish everyone a belated Happy Thanksgiving! We also wanted to share that we are engaged! We didn't get married this past summer despite the stories to the contrary, but we are looking toward next summer and hope you all will be there to celebrate with us. Happy Holidays! Chelsea & Marc."

Mezvinsky, whom she first met in D.C. and then got to know better at Stanford University before they began dating, also has political parents. Chelsea and Marc been dating since 2005 -- he's an investment banker now, and she's in grad school at Columbia University.

During the most recent presidential primaries, the former first daughter broke her policy of not speaking to the media (as was her practice since dad Bill Clinton was president), and campaigned for her mom, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

The Ministry is pleased that Chelsea is respecting its completely arbitrary "Don't get married before you're 30" edict. She's 29 now, but with a February birthday she'll hit the Ministry's magic number in plenty of time for the ceremony.

We're guessing she has ignored our "Don't vote till you're 25" corollary, however.

We get a lot of heat for that one. Doesn't mean it's wrong.

Toys 'R' Us pushes deals to snag customers for Black Friday rush

As the holiday shopping season kicks off Friday, Toys "R" Us is betting on a must-have $10 gift and a toy chest jam packed with other aggressive initiatives to help grab customers.

In a room overlooking the chain's massive store in Times Square Wednesday, Toys "R" Us CEO Gerald Storch held up a tiny Zhu Zhu Pet toy - then let the fake hamster go scrambling across a conference table

"They are just so cute," Storch said as the furry critter squeaked. "They will be great."

For the first time, Toys "R" Us' 11 stores in the city, as well as locations nationwide, will open at midnight with more than 100 "doorbuster" items, like Barbie 3 Musketeer Dolls for $7.49 - a 50% discount - and SpongeBob Deluxe Sno-Cone Makers for $9.74, 25% off.

The Times Square store with its flashy indoor Ferris wheel will go one better, opening its doors Thursday from noon to 7 p.m.

Looking to bring its stores even closer to customers during the holiday season, the toy giant has also opened 350 Holiday Express temporary stores, including seven in the city, in dense shopping areas like 125th St. in Harlem.

After snapping up fabled toy retailer FAO Schwarz in October, Toys "R" Us has now installed FAO Schwarz departments in all of its stores, extending the breath of its offerings to include items like the iconic FAO Schwarz Big Piano, modeled on the one featured in the movie "Big," priced at $64.99.

Storch, who joined the company in 2006 after holding a top post at Target, is already seeing a payoff from aggressively stocking up on Zhu Zhu Pets.

"We will have tens of thousands of Zhu Zhu Pets for sale," he said.

Storch was cautious about holiday sales projections, but said, "We've been very pleased with how the season has started."

Needham toy industry analyst Sean McGowan was willing to predict, "I believe Toys "R" Us' sales will be slightly up this holiday season in the core toy category," he said.

Texas 28, Texas A&M 21: First-half analysis

COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- It’s been a wild first half as Texas has claimed a 28-21 halftime lead over Texas A&M.

The two teams have combined for 28 first downs and 643 yards of total offense in a game where the offenses have ruled.

It's almost like the Big 12 last year, all over again.

Here are some specifics about why the Longhorns have charged to the lead, but struggled at times against the Aggies.

Turning point: Anthony Lewis pounced on a muffed punt return to give Texas A&M possession at the Texas 36 with 2:38 left in the half. Five plays later, Jerrod Johnson hit Howard Morrow with a 14-yard touchdown pass that tied the score at 21. The punt was intended for Jordan Shipley, but grazed off the knee of Texas blocker Emmanuel Acho, who was on the ground near Shipley.

Stat of the half: The Aggies have already scored 21 points against the Texas defense. The Longhorns’ season high for most points allowed was 24, which came in a 34-24 victory over Texas Tech on Sept. 19.

Best player of the half: Colt McCoy needed a big night to convince the Heisman voters in what will be his next-to-last game before the ballots are due. He’s done that and more in the first half, completing 18 of 26 passes for 222 yards and three touchdowns. McCoy has also rushed for 119 yards on 10 carries and a 65-yard score. His offensive numbers have been astounding as he's accounted for 341 of Texas’ 398 yards so far.

Best call: McCoy and James Kirkendoll hooked up on a 5-yard touchdown pass with 5 seconds left in the half to boost the Longhorns to a 28-21 halftime lead. McCoy showed great patience on the play, waiting as Kirkendoll charged past defender Justin McQueen on an out-and-up move to push the Longhorns ahead. McCoy either rushed or passed for every yard on the 64-yard scoring possession that put Texas back ahead.

What Texas needs to do: Play some pass defense. The Longhorns have showed some struggles in their deep coverage and tackling. Johnson has picked them apart in the first half as he’s hit 13 of 15 passes for 199 yards and three touchdowns. Something tells me that Texas defensive coordinator Will Muschamp is blistering some ears in the locker room as I type this.

What Texas A&M needs to do: Do a better job of containing McCoy. The Aggies have been blitzing more than at any time this season. It might be wise if they accounted for a defender to spy specifically on McCoy considering the way he’s ripped them apart in the first half with his arm and his feet.

Man Dies in Nutty Putty Cave Accident

Nutty Putty Cave sounds like it's a made-up name, but it is not. Nutty Putty cave in a tourist attraction in Stansbury Park, UT, and John Edward Jones, 26, was stuck in a narrow crevice. Unfortunately, during the rescued attempt, he was killed.

John Edward Jones was trapped, upside-down, in a Nutty Putty cave crevice that was about 18 inches wide and about 10 inches deep, in an L-shaped area of the cave known as "Bob's Push." He was a sizable man, at 6-foot-tall, 190-pounds. The cave is filled with narrow areas such as that one. During the rescue attempt, they had managed to raise him to a level position. However, one of the pieces of equipment failed, and he fell back to his original site.

He did not die during the fall, however. Additionally, authorities had managed to get him food and water during his "temporary" freedom. Unfortunately, in the hours after he became wedged again in the Nutty Putty Cave crevice, Jones' physical condition deteriorated. He experienced difficulty remaining conscious and breathing, and authorities verified he was dead as 12:30 AM.

Rescuers had tried to save Jones for more than 24 hours. However, Nutty Putty cave is not the type of cave many like to explore with wide grottos. As Dale Green told the Salt Lake Tribune, "there aren't a lot of places where you can stand up." This type of effort was therefore treacherous and slow.

According to the Nutty Putty cave website, the cave was discovered in 1960. Up to 5,000 people visit each year. To some, such as Dale Green, the draw isn't obvious. In fact, when he first saw the cave, he was not impressed. The need to crawl meant you would always end up muddy, not a casual spelunker's idea of fun. Nutty Putty cave is actually a hole on the top of hill about seven miles west of State Road 68.

However, Brandon Kowalis, who helped survey the cave in 2003, feels that Nutty Putty Cave's relative accessibility made it a popular destination. He did note that the popularity was with relatively unprepared cave visitors. Stansbury Park is about 28 miles west of Salt Lake City, Utah.

There were other incidents similar to today's in Nutty Putty Cave, with stuck spelunkers, so officials at the state School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration, which owns the cave and surrounding land, transferred management of the cave to the Timpanogos Grotto, a local chapter of the National Speleological Society, in 2006. This followed a series of incidents involving stuck explorers as well as the deaths of four in nearby "Y" Mountain cave.

An access pass is now required to explore the cave, with usage restricted to about six groups daily. However, authorities were quick to point out that despite new Nutty Putty Cave management rules, such as limiting access to those with the proper gear leadership preparations and the appropriate skills, the reality is that caving is dangerous. The county's last rescue there was in 2004.

Adam Lambert, Rihanna Help American Music Awards Score Big Ratings

Thanks to talked-about performances from Adam Lambert, Lady Gaga and Rihanna and wins by the late Michael Jackson and country superstar Taylor Swift, the American Music Awards drew its strongest audience in seven years.

According to Nielsen estimates, the awards show drew 14.2 million viewers, which is 2 million more than last year's program and represents the best showing by the AMAs since 2002.

Though NBC still won the night with "Sunday Night Football," ABC pulled ahead during the 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. hours. The strong numbers for the show were boosted, no doubt, by the promise of more than 20 performances from some of music's biggest acts, including Jay-Z, Green Day, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Eminem with 50 Cent, Janet Jackson and Whitney Houston.

In the end, though, it was Lambert who made the biggest headlines, with his aggressively pansexual performance of the title track from his major-label debut, For Your Entertainment. In addition to drawing more than 1,500 complaints from viewers who took issue with the man-on-man kissing, girl dragging and S&M play, Lambert's awards-show coming-out party lost him at least one gig when ABC's "Good Morning America" announced Tuesday (November 24) that it had canceled his planned appearance due to the controversy kicked up by the AMAs.

Lambert took it all in stride, though, telling "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest on his radio show on Tuesday that he respects the "GMA" decision. "They gotta do what they gotta do," Lambert said. "It's too bad. I think there were a lot of fans who were excited to come see me. They probably had a lot of pressure coming at them from certain people who weren't happy about it. I respect their decision. I don't necessarily agree with it, but they need to do what they need to do."

Lambert, who lamented what he perceives as a double standard when it comes to risqué performances by men and women in music, said he felt no need to apologize for his AMA debut. "I don't feel I owe anyone an apology for anything," he said. "I performed, it was late-night TV, I did something that female performers have been doing for years, no different. It's just the fact that I'm me and it's a little different for people. It's really not that big of a deal. I'm not a babysitter, I'm a performer."

Ten Black Friday Bargains

Shoppers, you may want to make sure your alarm clocks are working Friday.

That's because some of America's biggest retailers are planning early-morning openings and other one-day-only deals in an effort to jumpstart holiday sales.

On Friday, also called Black Friday, the country's unofficial holiday shopping kickoff date, Best Buy stores will open at 5 a.m. That's when consumers can snag an Xbox 360 Elite 120-gigabyte game system for $299. "The sales on Black Friday are going to be big this year, maybe the biggest in two decades" says Britt Beamer, chairman America's Research Group, an industry market research firm.

In addition to Best Buy, Sears, Wal-Mart and Target are among the major retailers trying to spur spending by kicking off Black Friday sales early.

"Even though Black Friday has always had a halo around it," says Daniel de Grandpre, CEO of Deal News, an online site that tracks Black Friday deals, "some of the best deals can be found in the weeks before."

There is a new romance in the air. Alicia Sacramone, a 2008 U.S. Olympic team member is now in a relationship with Brady Quinn, Cleveland Brown quarterback.

Sacramone reported to US Gymnastics, saying “I’m dating Brady Quinn, so I travel to Cleveland on Sunday afternoons for home games.” She also told them that she is looking for an apartment after living at home, and is preparing to transfer to another university between trips to Cleveland.

She also mentioned : “It’s hard getting skills back. Mentally I feel like I can do it, but physically my body is not ready yet,” Sacramone said about her getting back to training. “I’m working beam and vault and slowly working on floor. That won’t be for a while though.”

She has spent a summer doing an internship with clothing maker Tank Farm in Los Angeles “L.A. was not my scene,” she claimed to USA Gymnastics.

Emma Watson romancing new man?

Harry Potter star Emma Watson has kicked off rumours of new romance after she was seen with Spanish rocker Rafael Cebrian at the Rangers game at the Garden, last weekend.

"They were sitting with Yves Saint Laurent creative director Stefano Pilati. But Emma and Rafael looked like they were on a date. They were sitting very close together," the New York Post quoted a source, as saying.

Cebrian, who is a drummer in the band Monomes, is Watson’s fellow student at Brown. Earlier Watson, 19, had been dating financier Jay Barrymore.

Watson's representatives have kept mum on the issue.

The Bad Girls Club” Season 2: “Pop Off!” Tanisha vs Cordelia…

I have never seen a full episode of “The Bad Girls Club” until Tuesday. This WGA Strike has got me really reaching when it comes to finding quality programming on TV.

But I watched this show and was amazed at how much of a fool Tanisha is. She thinks she is keeping it real and representing BK. But she is really just acting a damn fool and her two friends in the house are little suckers.

I refuse to believe that Tanisha acts this exaggerated in real life. But then again I have seen worse behavior in real life so it could sadly be real. And her fight in the club was corny. For all her “I can kick your ass” boasting, all she did was tug on the girls hair.

What I want to know is how the casting directors for reality shows always manage to cast one out of control person, but never cast someone who will stand up to them.

I mean this kind of behavior would be met with a swift right hook to her face under normal circumstances. I know that Cordelia has a Stripper/Porn past, but to call her out and say she had Herpes or AIDS? Is it that serious?

Then she gets mad when Cordelia retaliates and calls her a “Ghetto Ass Bitch”. I mean you can’t get mad if you called her out and said she had 2 incurable (one fatal) STD’s right before.

Tanisha’s behavior is just ridiculous. And there is a line between being “No Nonsense” and being “OD”. And she definitely OD’s often. But I have to say, I have been saying “Pop Off!” as a joke to whoever I talk to. I think that is the funniest shit ever (until I get tired of it next week).

I could be doing much worse when it comes to alternate programming choices due to the strike. At least with this show, these fools are so entertaining that it will help me pass time.

I still miss my shows though. So I hope the strike is resolved soon.

Katie Couric dirty dancing to celebrate debut as anchor of 'CBS Evening News'

Not only can Katie Couric anchor a newscast, but she can shake her hips like Shakira.

Photos of CBS anchor woman Katie Couric dancing surfaced earlier this week and, from the looks of them, she can back it up with the best of ‘em.

The photos turned up on her daughter's Facebook page in a photo album called "Four Martini Minimum."

It featured snaps from a congratulatory celebration at the Hudson Hotel after Couric got the "Evening News" spot in September 2006.

Couric is shown hamming it up for the camera and dancing in a style more associated with Beyonce or Lady GaGa than a TV journalist.

Embarrassing? Think again.

"Katie had a good time dancing with her daughters — they choreographed the dance and had fun doing it," Couric's rep told RadarOnline.com.

Reina Capodici and Justin Guarini: Married!

Congratulations are in order for Justin Guarini and Reina Capodici.

The former American Idol runner-up and Capodici walked down the aisle at a private estate in Guarini's hometown of Doylestown, PA last night.

Guarini and his new wife attended high school together, but only started dating recently.

"Justin is one of the most deserving people of happiness and love," said Kimberly Caldwell, Guarini's co-host on the TV Guide Network's Idol Tonight. I know he will be an amazing hubby."
