If the sparkle in this wedding was anything to go by, then there’s no doubt that the stars actually came down to earth on Tuesday night. Brightened, unlike the usual nights, the place that was most illuminated was Mumbai’s hotel Grand Hyatt...the place where everyone wanted to be that night. Every road led here and every big name from the world of movies, corporate and politics came in looking their glamourest best to the fairy tale wedding of Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra.
The gorgeous Shilpa, in a Tarun Tahiliani contemporarily styled ghagra choli, sexily draped, stood smiling at the centre of the elegantly done up stage alongside husband Raj, her in laws and her family, and cheerfully introduced the guests who went up to wish the couple.
