I have never seen a full episode of “The Bad Girls Club” until Tuesday. This WGA Strike has got me really reaching when it comes to finding quality programming on TV.
But I watched this show and was amazed at how much of a fool Tanisha is. She thinks she is keeping it real and representing BK. But she is really just acting a damn fool and her two friends in the house are little suckers.
I refuse to believe that Tanisha acts this exaggerated in real life. But then again I have seen worse behavior in real life so it could sadly be real. And her fight in the club was corny. For all her “I can kick your ass” boasting, all she did was tug on the girls hair.
What I want to know is how the casting directors for reality shows always manage to cast one out of control person, but never cast someone who will stand up to them.
I mean this kind of behavior would be met with a swift right hook to her face under normal circumstances. I know that Cordelia has a Stripper/Porn past, but to call her out and say she had Herpes or AIDS? Is it that serious?
Then she gets mad when Cordelia retaliates and calls her a “Ghetto Ass Bitch”. I mean you can’t get mad if you called her out and said she had 2 incurable (one fatal) STD’s right before.
Tanisha’s behavior is just ridiculous. And there is a line between being “No Nonsense” and being “OD”. And she definitely OD’s often. But I have to say, I have been saying “Pop Off!” as a joke to whoever I talk to. I think that is the funniest shit ever (until I get tired of it next week).
I could be doing much worse when it comes to alternate programming choices due to the strike. At least with this show, these fools are so entertaining that it will help me pass time.
I still miss my shows though. So I hope the strike is resolved soon.
